Please note the following important points;
- You must be the landowner (not a tenant) to enter into this agreement.
- We have insurance cover up to £10 million pounds which is underwritten by Hiscox (UK) Ltd
- Any Treasure found during the Historical Survey is reported to a Finds Liaison Office (FLO) to decide whether it comes under The Treasure Act 1996.
